I want everyone to use this so we can share ideas of creating classical dishes using Carribean ingredients.. Other websites listing grandma's recipes have canned fruit,jello and all sorts of things that might have appealed to you as a child ,but for this site I want Grandmas recipes using fresh ingredients and herbs with good preparation and slow cooking,often using the cheaper cuts of meat and fish. I was born in Nottingham -Robin Hood country- England and then spent a few years in Southern Spain where I met my French partner and we both love France,especially the markets,and we now live here in the Carribean.I help people make money on the internet and look after visitors to the Island to ensure they have a good holiday and eat WELL.
